A RESOLUTION establishing and directing the levy, charge and collection of connection charges, plant investment fees, and utility rates for water and sewer service as defined and authorized by Sections 28-1, 4.5, 4.6, 35, and 43 of the Sheridan City Code, 1959. This RESOLUTION supersedes previous resolutions. The effective date of this RESOLUTION is May 1, 2007, unless otherwise provided within.
