Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan
Working in conjunction with Sheridan County, The City of Sheridan is currently working on a joint land use plan for the area approximately 2-3 miles around the city. This joint plan represents a critical coordination that will help ensure that future growth, development, and preservation reflect community values. The plan involves taking careful stock of available resources and considering different potential scenarios that reflect the communities future. The resulting plan will help guide both City and County policy decisions
