Introduction

The Developer’s Handbook is meant to be a guide to the development process for both those new to the process, and longtime developer’s.  It contains information on building permits, subdivisions, annexations, zoning, and utilities.  The links below will allow you to download the latest version of the guide in Adobe pdf format.  Hard copies are available for purchase from the City Planning Office.  Please contact (307) 675-4226 for more information.
