The Contractor and Trade Exams are now ICC Tests or the WAM Trade Certification Program.

Planning a construction project? Building a new structure, adding an addition or poring concrete? Then contact the Building Division at 674-5941 for permit information and help.

We will help you through the process of obtaining a permit for your project and see that your project meets with all laws concerning health and safety.

Reminder - Certificates of Occupancy
Certificates of Occupancy are requird for all Dwellings and Garages for permit number greater than BO5-0208 or after May 16th 2005.
C of O's are required prior to occupancy of any commercial building.

Building Permit Application:

This building permit application should be used for all permits that require a plan review (example: new residential and/or commercial, any remodels and/or additions, garages, decks, etc…)

Simple Permit Application:

This simple permit application should be used for all permits that do not require a plan review (example: roofing, siding, fireplaces and furnaces installed on/in existing buildings and are not part of an overall remodel project)
