• If I am renting, what do I need in order to have water and sewer service in my name?
  • You need to put a $90.00 deposit down.  Please contact our Billind department to schedule your service.
• Is the water and sewer deposit refundable?
  • Yes, once you move of the property.
• What does Residential Utility Services consist of?
  • Residential Utility Services consist of water, sewer, sanitation, and mosquito control services.
  • Commerical Accounts do not pay for mosquito control services.
• What do I do If my water has been shut-off?

Utilit-Ea$e Enrollment
We offer an Automatic Payment Program for Utility bill payments.  Please download and complete the form, attach a voided check and either mail it to PO Box 3019, Sheridan WY 82801 or just drop it by City Hall to the Cashier's office.  If you have any questions on the Utilit-Ea$e program, please contact the collections department at the above extensions.
